The Fairway Oaks / Greenview Historic District consists of two contiguous suburban residential subdivisions developed between 1950 and the early 1960’s on the outskirts of Savannah.
Fairway Oaks was one of the first residential developments in Savannah to break with the traditional “pre-war” gridiron pattern of streets and instead features curvilinear streets, three cul-de-sacs, and two perimeter roadways.
