Your SavPhil's fifth annual Phil the Neighborhoods concert series is set to take place in Savannah neighborhoods throughout the year. These concerts are free and open to the public, presenting a variety of musical genres in a relaxed and fun environment — from community parks, to front lawns, to downtown squares.
