Savannah Philharmonic to Host All-Star Ensemble

SAVANNAH, GA – The Savannah Philharmonic is hosting the annual All-Star Ensemble for over
70 talented student musicians from Savannah area high schools. This two-day intensive
workshop provides a unique opportunity for young people in our community.
The students rehearse and receive mentorship from Savannah Philharmonic musicians and then
perform a final concert onstage, side-by-side with the professional orchestra members. “It is
truly an inspirational experience for the students to collaborate and grow their skills with this
unique opportunity working with professional musicians” stated Dr. Amy Williams, Executive
Director.
